Introducing the Vyper Designed by Adam Bennetts & Clifford Coetzer in search of the ultimate all-around surf foil, the Vyper was born. A cross between the Vortex and the Hyper. We took the best attributes of each model. The carve and ease of turning of the Vortex, and the ease of pump and efficiency of the Hyper.

After many prototypes, and many hours of testing various aspects of the foil by our top team riders Adam Bennetts and Dylan Wichmann, everything from the wingspan to the thickness of the foil was experimented with, until the best setup for speed, glide, and performance was chosen.

A span that is wide enough to create enough lift, but not too wide to make turning difficult. Just enough down-sweep on the tips to loosen the foil up, but not lose efficiency. Just enough thickness in the profile to generate lift, but not create too much drag.

Our new Katana super-stiff mast construction was inspired by traditional Japanese sword making. To forge the toughest blades, swordsmiths combined an outer layer of hard steel with a softer iron core for strength and stiffness. Similarly, we take extremely stiff high modulus carbon and blend it with intermediate modulus for strength. The result is a mast that is super-stiff but unlike many other masts on the market, remains really fast, and has a much higher breaking point than high modulus on its own. Combined with our one-piece construction and slightly thicker profile, we have created the fastest, strongest, and stiffest carbon mast on the market.

New slotted holes that accept countersunk titanium hardware that makes for an even slicker fitment. Titanium wingnuts are optional for adjustments on the fly.

The Fanatic Aero Free is their new performance Allrounder and the perfect addition to our larger Aero High Aspect wings – coming in similar aspect ratio, but with a new profile and outline delivering higher performance, more playfulness and reduced drag!

The Aero Free covers all disciplines for advanced Wing Foilers and works well for Prone, SUP and Windsurf-Foiling. The name takes it away, this wing isn’t bound to a specific discipline, it feels at home in any water state and with every rider – whether you’re into Freeride, Freestyle, Freerace, Surf or Downwind. Foiling has evolved into a completely unique way to enjoy the ocean over the past few years, and the best equipment is evolving with it. Adam Bennetts is one of the world’s leading exponents – bringing surf inspired lines and turn angles to foiling, while finding new levels of speed and distance covered.

Adam’s natural talent combined with his sheer dedication and time in the water has resulted in an extensive R&D process to refine the next generation of foil boards. Throughout this process, his favourites were narrower overall with a new flyer to reduce width even further through the back 1/3 of the board. This allows more angle lean in turns without catching the rails on the surface of the water... And in his words, “now my turns have never looked and felt so smooth.”

We built the Mister Bennetts foil board to be as stiff as possible, ensuring all of your energy is transferred directly to the foil without losing force due to board flex. 100% carbon construction combined with twin stringers serve this purpose perfectly, while also keeping the board super light for effortless lift out of the water.

The twin stringers also reinforce the entire board for added strength, particularly around the single fin boxes holding the foil in place. A flat deck with a chine rail and deep double concave in the nose stops the board sticking to the water whenever it touches back down.

Additionally, this early double concave acts as two channels, helping you paddle straight, pop up and get to wave speed quickly. Remember – when sizing your foil board, similar to regular surfing, riding shorter boards makes turning much easier. As you become more comfortable, all you need is enough volume to float you comfortably, but initially, a few more litres will help with paddle power and stability.

2023 Duotone Unit wind wing for foilboarding. With the new Unit 2023 we are starting a new era of wing design. Featuring MOD3, a new canopy that changes everything!

The latest edition Unit offers more power, better hang time and improved drift stability. From the first pump, you’ll notice the additional power MOD3 brings to the wing. With responsive handling through the rigid handles. The 2023 Unit gets you up in flight mode sooner, with an improved grunt and low end allowing you to use smaller-sized wings. The higher modulus MOD3 fabric holds the shape of the wing with double the strength in warp direction and 3 times* the stretch resistance in bias direction compared to traditional canopies. The small gain in weight becomes secondary once you feel the power, draft stability, and wide range of the new Unit.

MOD3 remains fresh like its day one and significantly improves the tear resistance and canopy strength. But it’s not only the canopy that makes the 2023 Unit our best wing to date. We’ve optimized the dihedral angle, as well as the tip and strut twist for better drift stability when surfing or flying through basic maneuvers. The extra lift and power deliver more hang time when jumping. The stronger front handle with better stand-off is another detail that improves the surfing characteristics of the Unit range.

For better visibility Designer Ken Winner implemented the window layout from the Slick SLS to improve vision and overall safety at crowded spots with minimal impact on the lightweight structure of the Unit. The lightweight rigid handles have become a benchmark in wing design for their direct steering and power transfer allowing the rider quick adjustments through its grip range combined with pump-and-go simplicity and minimal packing size. Whether you love drawing flowing lines in the surf and open ocean swells, lift and hang time in tacks and jumps or simply like riding with extra horsepower in your engine, the 2023 Unit is yet again another step ahead of the pack! * More than 7 times less stretchy at lower force.

The 2023 Nova has a structurally balanced freeride shape for enhanced aerodynamic performance. Engineered for stability in gusty winds, the new Nova has a progressive swept outline and refined profile section, making it easier to handle and more stable when riding. Your front and back arm pressure is even, not backhand-heavy.

The wing creates lift so that you can glide through turns effortlessly without any tail drop. Precise yet compliant. The wingtip geometry and balanced dihedral also prevent oscillation side-toside when gripping the front handle, riding downwind swell, surfing, or simply walking towards the water. With a sweet spot so generous, it makes hard things easy.

The new draft-forward curvature in the profile section generates more lift in the front of the wing. This makes transitions smoother and, when combined with improved canopy tensioning, boosts Nova’s low-end power. So much so you can drop down a size. The stiffer, more responsive airframe and tighter skin tensioning mean the canopy stays clean through a wider wind range.

We’ve minimised flutter and created a clean trailing edge release with reduced drag. To ensure the wing remains stable and comfortable in overpowered conditions, we've tapered the leading-edge diameter, concentrating the stiffness in the LE centre and allowing the reflexed wingtips to dump excess power. The groundbreaking collaboration between Erik Antonson (the Progression Project) and Unifoil’s designer and inventor of the high aspect wing, Clifford Coetzer is finally here.

This is no ordinary foil, this wing is the result of uncompromising dedication and attention to detail. Erik, and Unifoil’s years of combined knowledge and experience designing and studying foil sections, profiles, outlines and cambers have gone into the design that we are calling the High Aspect 3.0.

The Progression gives riders a stable platform to build on whether you are a beginner to intermediate rider wanting to figure out your pump, or a pro doing backflips, we have sizes and setups to suit all. Just when you thought a product couldn’t get better, the new H-Series MkII pushes into the future of foil design and sets a new benchmark for efficiency and performance. The design team have implemented new technology learnt from the collaboration with Sintef. Water testing in the biggest tank in Europe has refined the H-series tip shape to allow the tips to breach and re-enter without cavitation. This allows more progressive riding and radical turns, be it with a kite, wing or prone. The new leaner profile now boasts an increased speed range which helps entry into freestyle tricks or on the race field. It seamlessly pairs with any of Cabrinha’s V-series stabs and is part of the modular Cab Fusion system.

WIP Foil Fix M8

4x M8 stainless threaded rods are pre-mounted on the board using existing T-nuts, gently pushing on the bottom of the foil box, maintaining the desired position of the foil on the board.

Then all you have to do is place the foil on 4 rods and hold it in place by screwing on the Foil Fix nuts by hand. You can then go and foil 20 seconds later! The shape of the nuts are designed with low drag in mind.

An extra small tool is supplied to apply more tension if needed, or to facilitate the unscrewing of the nuts after your session.

2024 Starboard Ace Foilboard.

The 2024 Starboard Ace Foilboard features the iconic pin-tail design for efficient takeoff and tracking downwind. The outline is designed to resemble nature’s most streamline possible shape, a teardrop, and the slightly recessed standing area gives the rider a flat, stable, and more connected feel over the foil. After much testing, they also found the Ace Foil to be a fantastic crossover board for not only SUP downwinding, but light wind wingboarding as well as SUP surfing.

The Ventis is Duotone's latest range extension for light wind wing foiling! With maximum lift and power packed into a sleek, reduced wing tip design, you'll be flying while others are left grounded.

Light wind Wing Foiling had previously required advanced pumping techniques, but the Ventis transforms marginal conditions with active lift that pulls you up and on Foil without the need for excessive pumping. The two side struts retain the rigid frame and wings profile to allow for a reduction of the wing tips, meaning you are now less prone to catch or drag the wing tip when starting or pumping to get on foil. Sizes of 7m and 8m become manageable with this effective tip reduction even for smaller or less experienced riders. The side struts not only enhance handling, they also allow to keep the profile of the canopy all the way towards the tips. This increases lift and power through the entire surface of the wing while still maintaining good canopy tension, flying stability and depower.

Efficiency and performance are at the forefront of the Ventis design, which is why Duotone have incorporated their lightweight 50g ripstop canopy material with focus on thread orientation in each panel, keeping the large canopy area of the wing as light as possible while delivering direct response and performance.

JS built the Black Eagle to be as stiff as possible, ensuring all of your energy is transferred directly to the foil without losing force due to board flex. 100% carbon construction combined with twin stringers serve this purpose perfectly, while also keeping the board super light for effortless lift out of the water.

The twin stringers also reinforce the entire board for added strength, particularly around the future boxes holding the foil in place. A scoop deck makes sure your feet are closer to the foil for quicker response, while bevelled rails and deep double concave in the nose stops the board sticking to the water whenever it touches back down.

Additionally, this early double concave acts as two channels, helping you paddle straight, pop up and get to wave speed quickly.

Remember – when sizing your foil board, similar to regular surfing, riding shorter boards makes turning much easier. As you become more comfortable, all you need is enough volume to float you comfortably, but initially, a few more litres will help with paddle power and stability.
