Unifoil Evolution Front Wings.

The Evolution Wings handle breaches with ease. If you’re pushing hard and breach the wing, these foils will seamlessly transition back into the water. Custom Stainless-Steel Bolts for Foil Drive Three Blade Propellers. These bolts feature a custom-designed shoulder at the head of the bolt to nest into the hub, as well as pre-applied Loctite on the threaded section of the bolt to ensure secure fitment of your propellers. Duotone Carve 2.0 foil wings. Building on the success of the latest range of Carve wings, the design goal of the Carve 2.0 was to push the performance of these mid aspect wings even further. Our team riders wanted more glide, more speed and less drag, all whilst increasing the manoeuvrability and maintaining our trademark control at high speed. We decided to start from a blank page and pretty much changed all the design parameters of the wing: higher aspect ratio, new outline and curvature, new profiles and twist along the wing. Not only that but each individual size has been tuned independently to best fit its intended use. The bigger 1430 for example has the lowest aspect ratio and thinnest profile, to maximise manoeuvrability and reduce the drag, on the opposite side, our 850 as the highest aspect ratio and thickest profile, to improve the lift and delay the stall on such a small wing. The Carve 2.0 is the go-to wing if you want to tackle “real waves”. What it sacrifices in terms of glide compared to the Free or the Glide, it makes up with higher top end speed and way more manoeuvrability on the wave face. The Carve 2.0 is also the preferred choice of our freestyle team competing on the world tour. These wings allow them to load up for their jumps with more speed which translates into a more explosive pop. The medium aspect ratio also means that the hard landings are a lot less stressful for the rest of their gear. This same medium aspect ratio is also what makes the Carve 2.0 wings a great choice for Kite Foiling. Riders can lean on their mast more aggressively without the wing tips coming out of the water. If you are an intermediate to advanced rider looking at the one wing that can do it all, from Wing Foiling in big waves to high-speed runs on the Kite Foil, the Carve 2.0 is the answer!

Duotone's D/Lab carbon tails are the rear part of the fuselage which fit onto the new Carve 2.0 D/LAB front wings. Once connected by the “invisible” M6 bolt, they could fool you into thinking that the glider is actually one single carbon part. The unique trick is a clever design which hides under the mast, a bolt used to connect the tail part with the front wing. By doing this, Duotone are able to eliminate the traditional extra bolt heads which are exposed on competitor’s foils with similar semi glider concepts.

The D/Lab tails are available in two lengths. A shorter 37cm piece, which once connected to a front wing is the equivalent of a 60cm fuselage, and a longer 43cm piece, which matches the 66cm fuselage. Pick the 37 tail for a more exciting ride and the possibility to draw tighter turns or settle for the 43 tail for more control at high speeds.

The carbon construction of the D/Lab tails not only guarantees a hassle-free maintenance, but the strong connection to the front wing via two M8 plus one M6 bolt ensures that the complete assembly is as stiff as a single part glider, such as the ones found on the Duotone Daytona foils.

Axis have eliminated the angled chisel on the tail. This increases the length of the planing surface to add sub-foiling speed potential. North Sonar High Modulus Carbon Foil Mast.

Impossibly thin. Impressively fast. North has reduced the thickness of the submerged portion of their new High Modulus Prepreg Carbon masts by over 15% compared to their standard Carbon masts, while also increasing both bending and torsional stiffness.

The HM80 Favours disciplines without wind power - prone surf, pump and downwind. The shorter chord length over the entire mast length reduces drag and increases maneuverability. This delivers more glide, more efficient pumping, and quicker turns.

The HM85 covers all disciplines, with a focus on wing-foiling. Wind-powered disciplines require edging against the wind to create forward drive. Some of this drive comes from the front wing, and some comes from the mast. To efficiently provide this drive, the chord length in the submerged part of the mast is slightly longer. It increases near the top of the mast to maximize stiffness with no drag penalty, as this part of the mast is clear of the water once on foil. A more efficient underwater body shape means less drag and, hence, high and easier-to-reach top-end speed. Ventilation on the mast is now a thing of the past. North paid particular attention to this detail, so no matter the sea state, ventilation on the mast's TE is significantly reduced.

The HM105 has been optimized for racing. The thickness of the submerged part of the mast is a further 1mm thinner than the HM80 and HM85, to provide maximum top-end speed. As a result, this mast is not for jumping. Like the HM85, the chord length in the submerged region has been tailored to provide good upwind drive, while the chord length increases above the waterline to maximize stiffness. A more efficient underwater body shape means less drag and, hence, high and easier-to-reach top-end speed.

The AXIS ART v2 Foil Wing is a brand-new foil series that sits between the AXIS Spitfire and ART PRO wing ranges, offering the perfect blend of the Spitfire’s powerful smooth carving, and the ART PRO’s low-drag glide and speed. The AXIS ART v2 is a foil that retains great glide and pump due to its span (like an ART PRO), while the reduced area in the tips allows us to retain the looser predictable turning characteristics of a much smaller wing (similar to the Spitfire).
We achieved that by using a very tapered outline, we reduced the second moment of area for roll, and worked to achieve a perfectly elliptical span-wise lift distribution.
We have strategically reinforced the ART v2 with military-grade Ultra High Modulus carbon in addition to our existing layups creating a stronger connection between the wing and the fuselage, which provides quicker response, better performance and additional strength.

Natural cork surfboard deckgrip gives excellent traction with 1mm thick cushioning. Kit comes with 12 full Hex pieces and 3 half pieces plus spacer to help with installation. From the shaping bay

• Outline: A pointed but not overly sharp nose, gently tapering midsection and pulled in tail make for an efficient glider for prone paddling into either small or large surf. That glide translates remarkably well when winging, too – the Midlength is an amazing light wind machine that rockets off the water with nearly the ease of a Downwind board.
• Rocker and rails: Progressive rocker from the nose to the foil tracks keeps things lively in the pocket and makes touchdown recovery easier, and tail kick out the back makes for easy pumping and a clean release on launch. Soft rails up front progress into harder lines out the back for efficient flow and balanced on- water tracking and responsiveness.
• Bottom: Pulling from the Downwind boards, a subtle double concave at the nose works its way flat at the foil tracks and finally into the diamond-V tail shape for a quick pop up and maximum un-stickiness when touching down. If a board ever wanted to stay in the air, this would be it.

Like the deck grip on our Wing FG and DW foilboards, the Midlength's deck grip is tailored specifically to provide you with maximum control and comfort to enable your style across different foil sports. In conjunction with the Midlength's flat deck, the grip features raised arch bars above the foil tracks and elevated wedges in the rear of the pad for intuitive and unrestricted foot placement when soul carving across a wave face or getting creative with your foot placement when winging.

Proven construction

Maximum structural rigidity creates a sublime feel underfoot. The ultra stiff double skin carbon PVC sandwich combined with Armstrong’s reputed i-beam top to bottom dual stringers provides maximum structural rigidity and durability. Proprietary carbon fibre foil tracks are keyed directly into the stringer fibres for a fully integrated construction.
